Dr. Florian Roeber is a dedicated veterinary scientist specializing in livestock parasitology and diagnostics. He holds postgraduate qualifications in molecular diagnostic methods, assay validation, and epidemiology. Dr. Michael Chambers brings a wealth of experience to his role as Senior Research Manager at Invetus. With a background in mixed veterinary practice, government service, and university teaching, he possesses a diverse perspective on animal health and production. Dr. Chambers holds postgraduate qualifications in farm animal production, disease management, economics, epidemiology, statistics, and parasitology.
He has extensive experience in the design, conduct, supervision, and reporting of clinical research trials in production animals and horses, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. Additionally, Dr. Chambers is skilled in developing and providing educational materials and courses for farmers, undergraduates, and industry bodies, including the APVMA and animal health industry.
His particular interests lie in statistics, trial design, and data analysis, complemented by his extensive experience in scientific paper preparation and evaluation. Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Chambers has a keen interest in farming, specifically focusing on prime lambs and beef cattle.
